Instructions:
1) Install R66_6.1.14.17_net.apk
2) Download your maps, voices and car you want.
3) Go offline (data and wifi)
4) Install R66_6.1.14.17_nav over previous apk
5) Run (still offline)
6) Enjoy!
Note: I guess you have to use it only when offline or it may ask for licence. If you want to download extra maps etc follow the steps again for step 1.
