Hazell Dean (nascida Hazel Dean Poole, 27 de Outubro de 1956 em Grandes Baddow, Essex) é uma cantora de pop/dance britânica, que alcançou o seu maior sucesso na década de 80 como líder do movimento Hi-NRG (que mistura disco com dance music).
Os seus maiores sucessos são  "Searchin' (I Gotta Find a Man)", "Whatever I Do (Wherever I Go)" and "Who's Leaving Who". She has also worked as a songwriter and producer. Ela também trabalhou como compositora e produtora.
