Documentary providing an insight into day-to-day business at the Clink, a restaurant staffed by convicted criminals at HMP High Down in Surrey. The establishment was conceived as a way to rehabilitate prisoners providing them with a chance to learn an occupation, and the programme follows head chef Al as he employs three new inmates who are struggling to turn their backs on lives of crime.
