John Hiatt (nascido a 20 de agosto de 1952, Indianapolis, Indiana) é um cantor, guitarrista, pianista e compositor de rock norte-americano.
Já utilizou vários estilos musicais nos seus álbuns, incluindo New Wave, blues e country. Hiatt, foi nomeado para vários prémios Grammy - embora nunca tenha ganho algum e foi premiado com uma variedade de outras distinções na indústria da música.
Ele continua sendo um dos mais respeitados e influentes cantores e compositors americanos.
