Dayton, Ohio. May 23rd, 2004. It starts as a typical spring day for Dayton resident Scott Tegtmeyer who is strolling toward downtown. Suddenly, a horrific scene unfolds. Two drivers collide in an intersection sending one vehicle flying right towards Scott.
