Loosely based on the Dead Rising 2 game, Shobyo Osen is a spin-off story that takes place in a world where
the zombie outbreak has spread all over the world, including Japan. Areas with the infected are quarantined from
the rest of the world, leaving the uninfected residents to fend for themselves against the horde of hungry zombies.
Two of these people are brothers George and Shin, who decide to hatch a plan to escape after they find themselves
trapped in a zombie-infested area.
