Os Wet Wet Wet formaram-se nos anos 80 na Escocia. A banda ficou marcada pelo seu maior sucesso, 'Love is All Around', da banda sonora do filme "Quatro Casamentos e um Funeral" (1994). A música ficou 15 semanas consecutivas no primeiro lugar em Inglaterra. Com outros hits, os Wet Wet Wet colecionam 278 semanas nas tabelas inglesas, até sua separação, em 1997.
