"Parler à mon père" (meaning "Talk to My Father") is the first single from Celine Dion's forthcoming French-language album, Sans attendre, which will be released on November 5, 2012. "Parler à mon père" was written by Jacques Vénéruso who co-produced the track with Patrick Hampartzoumian. The 30-second sneak preview was posted on Dion's official website on June 29, 2012 and the full track premiered on July 1, 2012. It was released as a radio and digital single on July 2, 2012. Vénéruso worked with Dion on her previous releases, including the hits: "Sous le vent," "Tout l'or des hommes" and "Je ne vous oublie pas."
